Ingredients 3 small tins of chickpeas for 7 medium size burgers 1 medium onion 1 bunch of coriander or parsley 5 tbsp of all-purpose flour 1 tsp of garlic paste 1 tsp of grated ginger 1 tsp of salt 2 tbsp of cumin 1 tsp of turmeric
Process:
Combine the drained chickpeas and the rest of the ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until a coarse texture is obtained. Shape the mixture into burger patties and then either shallow fry, grill, or bake them until they are firm and golden.
