What a treat, baked in 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
1 cup of sweet potato cooked and mashed 2 - 2.5 cups of strong flour 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 tsp of salt 1 sachet (7g) of dried bread yeast
Process:
Combine all ingredients well until a dough is formed. Allow the dough to rest in the refrigerator overnight. The following day, knead the dough for 1 minute, then shape it as desired and let it rise for another 45 minutes at room temperature. Finally, bake it in a preheated 250° oven for 15 to 25 minutes.
Tips:
The most effective method to determine if bread is ready is when the top appears crusty and brown!
